Question

I need to replace the roller. Attached is a picture of the assembly and the roller. Product 23-225 and 23-199 would appear to hold the roller. But, they are a different size. Which one should I pick? Is there an option for just the roller. I prefer to put the roller in the assembly already in the door.

I agree, the 23-199 and 23-225 look like your best option. They aren't different sizes, though. They're the same part, the only difference is that the 23-225 has ball bearing wheels and the 23-199 does not. I personally prefer ball bearing wheels, but that's up to you.

We cannot supply the wheel by itself.
