I am trying to replace a hanging roller with 1" wheel with ball bearings. I tried plastic wheels on the PrimeTime N6512 but they do not roll nearly as easily. The door is 5' wide x 6' tall so it is heavy.
Do you have a better solution....if so I would buy them.

Unfortunately, we don't have a 1" wheel for your type of bracket. We do have a 7/8" rounded ball bearing wheel that you might be able to use on your door bracket. You would first drill out the rivet and then screw the wheel onto your bracket. Could you possibly make that work?
