I am trying to decide between products 23-114 and 23-120. What are the main differences between the two?

The two main differences are the design and size of the base. The 23-120 has a base made of plastic that is 1-9/16" tall and the 23-114 has a base made of metal that is 1-1/2" tall. That may not seem like a big difference but it does come into play. You should make sure your base is the same size.
