This is similar in design to our 23-006 and 23-007, though ours have some obvious differences at first glance. 

I think they're still worth considering. Review the dimensions we show in each case and tell me if they differ in a significant way, especially the offset. If they do then I will be more than happy to dig up another potential match. We have quite a few of these so I'm optimistic we have at least something that will work.
