Part has no info .I have found similar parts but the roller wheel doesn't have a off set like the one in photo so they would rub on the track .Any thoughts

Your window roller seems to be a match for the 23-024 Dial Hanger. It has a 1/8" offset. To determine if this is the right replacement match, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

Does the roller wheel have a a off set also as shown in my pics?1/8" space between the roller and the bracket.Also I need a 1/8" offset and a 1/2" off set

Yes, it does. As mentioned, the offset is 1/8". It is also marked on the second diagram provided above. Please let me know if that is not the measurement you need.
For the roller with the 1/2" offset, the closest replacement we have is the 23-025. This has a 7/16" offset. The specifications for this roller can be found on the website.
