Closet door not auto-closing

Thank you for your excellent service and products! I just ordered a bunch of window balances and associated parts.

Please look at the attached pictures and let me know if/how to adjust this type of auto-close door hardware so that it works again.

In your first photo, it shows a bottom pivot pin and bottom corner bracket. Our 23-135 and 23-301 should be able to work in its place. The second photo is showing a top pivot bracket that has been discontinued. It has been replaced with the 23-306 and 23-123 top pivot guide. Look over all the parts mentioned and let us know if you have any other questions.

Paul, thank you for your reply. I was hoping to just make an adjustment vs. buying and installing all new parts ... are you implying that this is not possible?

I apologize, I must have misinterpreted your question. To adjust your door, I usually remove the door and turn the bottom pivot pin to raise the door to resume your auto closing. Try that and see if that works for you.
