If at all possible, I'd like the lower track as well.

It is 56 1/2" x 1 7/8 as shown below.

I couldn't find an exact match for this roller, unfortunately. However, take a look at the 81-247 and the 23-176 roller. Look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see if either of these could fit your closet door. I also recommend taking a look at the 81-223 wheel and 81-310 axle kit. If your housing is in good shape, this may work for your door. We don't have your exact track but take a look at the 23-271 for concave rollers and see what you think.
