Thank you for waiting during this busy season. I'm afraid I cant identify your roller from these photos. I would need to see an undamaged assembly removed from the door to compare to our inventory.

To help with our search, can you tell us the diameter of the wheels and the offset of the housing?

Hello and thank you for waiting during this busy season. We are still researching this but if you could write out the wheel diameter and the size of the offset, that would be a huge help! 

I'm not able to make out your measurements from photos but you can start by comparing your specifications with the 23-010 which has a flat 3/4" nylon wheel and 1/2" offset. 

I'm afraid the two-wheel version of the 23-010 is no longer made but the single-wheel should still work for you.
