Can you advise on the difference between the following two rollers you sell.
23-070 and 23-086? The one I have need to replace is a COX 21-717/21-767.

Sure, the difference is a matter of what kind of wheel they have. The 23-070 has a nylon wheel and the 23-086 has a nylon ball bearing wheel. In almost all cases you would want a ball-bearing wheel. They tend to last longer and they will ride more smoothly.
