Closet door rollers and tracks

Question

Do you have a video on how to remove 23-215 and 23-196 doors hardware from track? I can for the life of me get 23-215 out of the track.

Thanks again for your patience. The official directions from Stanley tell us that you need to tilt the door in at a slight angle to let the bottom nylon piece "unhook" from the bottom track. As you bring the door back up, the other side of the hook locks into the track. As for the locking tabs, I believe you can slide a flat putty knife and push the tabs in and pull up the door.

Hopefully this information helps. These things can actually be pretty tricky.
