If you could tell us what kind of closet are you working on and send some photos of the issue and hardware, we may be able to troubleshoot some solutions. To start with, a closet door jumping the track can sometimes be fixed by adjusting the roller. Give it a try in the meantime and see if it helps. Thank you!
