Thanks for posting. This looks a bit like our 23-409 Corner Connector. Please compare and let me know what you think.

Hello,

I have 30 inch bi fold mirror doors, I need that lower track and the hardware that holds the door to track the pivot side and also the rollers side, if you have a kit with track and hardware that comes with all that would be best, I would need 2 sets since I have 2 doors opening, please send me picture and or

part #s so I can order asap thank you

Photo below is picture of the lower roller side if that helps

We unfortunately don't sell kits that contain the kind of hardware you need for this door. We may still be able to help, but we will need more detailed photos.

For the track, I need to see a clear photo of the end profile, as well as a measurement of its width and height. I'd also like a clear photo of the bracket inside the track that slides back and forth when you open and close the door.

For the pin, I'll need you to remove the original and show me a photo of it by itself and without obstruction. I'll also need detailed written measurements, especially the diameter of the pin that goes in the door and the cap that goes into the aforementioned bracket.

In general, if you needed other parts then we will need clear and unobstructed photos of each one in turn. That does require removing the door ahead of time, unfortunately, but that is a necessary step of the identification process. Please understand that we don't have a comprehensive parts list for this door, nor are complete kits made; we have to take this on a part-by-part basis, so please be as thorough as you can.

Once I have a clear photo of each part you want to replace, as well as written dimensions accompanying each one, we can check our inventory for suitable replacement options.

Thank you for these photos. Were you also able to show me the end profile of the track, as well as the pin itself removed and shown without obstruction? These are two key details. Please also make sure to provide written dimensions for each part. In this case the size of the track's end profile and the diameter of the pin (both base and tip) are vital. Having these written out would be preferable.

Right now the only part in these four photos that I recognize is the corner connect, which as Bob noted above is a match for our 23-409. The other part you removed is the track bracket, but this is not a style I'm familiar with. We don't sell this at all, so at this stage I need to know what alternatives in our catalog would be viable. I will need the information I requested previously in order to do that.

Thanks. It doesn't look like we sell anything that matches this configuration. The closest match I could find to this track is our 23-461, but it has a different style bracket and is typically only made to work on wood doors, not metal. The bracket itself is a problem since it's not meant to work with a pin like yours. You can review it below.

I've also never seen a closet door pin with threads like this. It's more likely that it threads into a retainer of some kind, rather than the door itself; in fact I think I see something of that sort in your earlier photos. The retainer itself is part of the pin assembly, not a separate component, so if you want to find a match you're going to have to remove the whole thing.

Ultimately, though, it doesn't look like we sell a match for any of the components you've shown thus far. I think your door maybe too old for our parts to be compatible in this application. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
