Greetings, A wheel is broken on a lower roller assembly. Patent number 3750337. Attached are two photos, one showing an intact assembly, the other showing the broken unit beside the intact unit. If you have a suitable replacement, please respond to the email address provided. Thanks. David.

What you have here is an older style roller that is not made anymore. The good news is that you can use our 23-041 as a replacement without issue. The design is a little different but that won't come into play, it should work perfectly well for your door as-is.
