Closing handle will not grip

Thanks for posting! Your window operator has become stripped so you'll need to replace the entire part to repair the window. I'm fairly certain we have the replacement but I'll need to see a clear photo of the arm(s) and how they're attached to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
