Hello! This looks to be a 39-221 or 39-220 operator, depending which side you need. Check the measurements to make sure it lines up. We do not have an adjusting wrench, unfortunately.

Sure, start with our 38-091 and 38-092. It's hard to tell from your picture, but these look similar. Carefully compare our hardware to yours to see if they match.

I'm afraid we do not sell an adjusting wrench.
