Some of my windows are cloudy now. Have had for over 10 years. Does warranty apply?

Hello,
It looks like the seal that prevents moisture from getting into the glass in your sash is broken. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to assist with this repair but a local glass shop should be able to repair the seal and replace the glass pane for you. Thanks for posting!
