Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the sash lock shown in your photos. The 90-313 may work in a similar way to your part but you would need to compare the dimensions and, even then, we can't guarantee that it would work as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think.
Could you clarify what you mean by clutch? If you're referring to the keeper that the lock engages with, we would need to see a photo of an undamaged keeper removed from one of your windows, as well as confirm the overall length and hole spacing, to compare to our inventory.
