I have 4 cracked drawer slides I need to replace. I can make out the name Cluthe and the number 001362

I'm afraid that we don't have a drawer guide exactly like yours. The closest match we have is our 32-032, which shares the same opening of 1-1/4". Look it over and see if you could get this to work in your drawer.
