Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance is a match for the S770-29 with the 29C stamp option. Our balance uses a screw to mount to the top of the window track, so please let us know if yours mounts differently. 

The 15-179 and 15-167 pivot shoes come to mind, but you will need to remove the old one to confirm the specifications.
