There is a good chance that we have the parts that you need but, unfortunately, we can't determine the correct replacements since your photo is only showing the coil cover. We'll need to see the pivot shoe and coils removed from the window to identify the parts you need. We'll relate some videos to assist you. Thank you!

Great! Take a look at our 15-111 pivot shoe that is compatible with either our 1/2" tick S160 or 3/8" thick S165 coil springs. Measuring the thickness of your original coil will tell you which to choose. 

As for your tilt latches, we can't say for sure without knowing the dimensions and seeing an undamaged latch, including the tooth that keeps the sash in place, but you can start by comparing our 26-243 and 26-244 to your and see how they match up. Thank you!
