I need the coil that goes behind the plastic piece shown in the picture.

Please see our Series 190 coil balance, I think this may be what you need. You will need the stamp on the old spring to determine the best option.

Thank you. I can't seem to locate the stamp. The coil is very tightly wound and I'm not sure where on the coil it'd be located.

It is usually right near the screw hole. There shouldn't be any reason to unwind it or anything. It should be in open view.
