To further review, are you able to provide pictures of the pivot shoe that these coils attach to? Seeing the pivot shoe will help us determine the series. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 that is compatible with the Series 160 coil springs. It appears your original spring is stamped with 7.5, take a look at the S160-7. One of these coils on each side of the window can support a 15 pound window sash. We recommend weighing your sash to confirm a good fit. Review all dimensions and let us know if have any additional questions!
