Window does not stay open, I'm not sure if it is just the coil. Looks like your part number S180?

Hello there!
I'm afraid I can't identify what you may have here from this photo alone. Can you remove the pivot shoe from the window and show us some photos? That will allow us to ID the compatible coil springs. In the meantime, we've related a few videos on this page that you may find helpful.
