Should I remove sash and order submit photos of individual compnents?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't use the information on this sticker to ID what you may have. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window? If we can ID that first, we can then determine the compatible coil balances.
