Thanks for reaching out! Your balance shoe reminds me of an older version of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right fit.

The compatible springs are the Series 190 Coil Balance Springs, secured to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Take he video tutorial below for detailed instructions on how to select the correct coil spring(s).
