Coil Balance Assembly - Hotel Carlton

Good afternoon. I am hoping you can find this part for us as we are a 165 room hotel with very old windows. The picture of the assembly (3215) is compared next to the two available parts from Grainger (451J26 and 55DL24).

Hello! Your old coil balance assembly looks like it uses our 15-192 shoe and Series 170 spring. The video below should also be of some help.

I actually was not aware that we were out. I'm very sorry about that; we're all home due to the quarantine so I feel like I'm the last person to find out about things like this. After talking to our receiving department, it seems that we don't have a solid ETA. Due to the public health crisis, backorders are delayed across the board. I can only promise you that we're trying to get these back on the shelves as soon as we can.
