The number on the coil belts of this particular window is 408 I don't know if these are hand it if they are I would need a left and a right and a left three pieces total

This looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. A spring stamped 408 is likely the S170-408 8 pound spring. The video below goes into more details.
