The replacement windows in the house were installed in 1995 by "Windows of the World" Little Falls, NJ. They are out of business. The coil balance in the windows are starting to break. Do you sell these parts? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for your post. Take a look at our 15-140 Coil Balance Shoe; this looks similar to what you have. This shoe is compatible with our Series 150 Coil Springs. Look for stamp codes on the old springs to know what spring weights to select. Let us know if you have any other questions.
