Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 15-087 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Balances. A spring stamped '5' indicates you need an S180-5 coil spring, which is meant to hold 5 lbs of weight individually. Let us know if you have any questions.
