I am trying find the correct replacement parts for my mother's window. The balance coil broke. Thank you

Hello there. That looks like a 15-087 Coil Shoe and 15-086 Tandem Housing. This assembly uses our Series 180 Coil Balances. If the coil spring itself has a stamp of '8' on it (and it looks like it does in your picture), then you need the S180-8 pound spring. Let me know if you have any other questions.
