Hey there, my name is Brandon. I am a contractor looking to repair a window that won't stay up for a customer of mine.
While on site, I looked all around the window frame for any kind of stickers or stamps with a brand name or model/line name, but could find nothing about this window.
I didnt think to remove the balance while I was there, but I did take some basic pictures.
In general, the window is in a typical neighborhood/cookie cutter type house, with basic vinyl/plastic windows, so nothing fancy/custom.
The window frame about 59x35 inches. I didnt weigh the sash while there, but when I removed it I'd guess it wasn't much more than 10lbs or so.
I'm hoping you can identify these coil balances, as I would like to purchase a pair (L/R) of them!

Hello,
I can't be sure with the hardware still installed in the window but the first thing that comes to mind is the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs. I would recommend removing the balance assembly to compare to the dimensions shown below. We'll also relate a few videos on this page to assist you through the process.
If you notice any discrepancies, feel free to get back to us with detailed photos of your hardware uninstalled and we can go from there. Thank you!
