Coil Balance Identification

Question

this is from the front sash of a double hung vinyl window. the glass spacer bar has MI imprinted in it.

I am looking for a replacement or anything that will work.

Thank you for posting. This looks a lot like our 15-180 pivot shoe. If you agree, then you may also want to look at our Series 190 spring.
