On the window screen it shows model number gx7166. On the shoe/coil balance item pictures it has the number 3 listed. It also has a number on the spring that says 832.

Your photo looks like an older version of the 15-180 balance shoe, which is compatible with the S190 coil springs. Take a look at the product's specifications to confirm. Thanks for posting!
