Coil Balance Quote Request

Question

I was looking for the Coil Balancer for my home window. I don't window make, but the parts looks more like yours. Please help me to find this part. I will attach pictures when you reply back to me. Number on the tongue is not clear, I believe it says either 932/902. am not sure the weight, but looks pretty heavy might be around 10 pounds. I have noticed only one spring on each side of window, so total 2.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Based on the stamp, please review the S190-940 coil. This coil alone can supports 9 pounds of weight. With both assemblies together, it can support a 18 pound window sash. We recommend obtaining the exact weight of the window sash to confirm this!
