Coil Balance Quote Request

Question

I am not sure of what part to order, I do have the coil and the shoe but the marking is not matching with what you guys have available. I can also send pictures if needed no problem. I am attaching a picture with measurements. The only marking I see is on the housing and it says 13 maybe?? It is hard to tell by looking at it as you can see. Let me know what you think. It's 1/2" thick. Name: Eric

Thanks for posting! The pivot shoe you have is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I am confident this is the correct replacement but you'll still want to be sure to compare the dimensions to be make sure this is the right fit.

The compatible clip is the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip which is used along with the 15-182 Coil Bushing. Since your sash weighs 19lbs, you'll need the S190-940 Coil Balance Spring.
