Coil Balance Removal

You can absolutely remove your windows. What you have to do is twist the sash as you tilt it in; the goal is to have the pivot shoe on one side of the window be pushed to a higher position than the pivot shoe on the opposite side. That will put your sash at an angle, allowing the pivot bars to slip out of the cams. Give that a try and see if it helps.
