We have one window with a sash that will not remain open when engaged. Please advise which model number is needed for replacement.

Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe; just compare your part with the dimensions listed on the product page to be sure. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any questions determining the spring weights you need.
