Coil Balance Replacement

Question

Hello, it's my first time repairing a window, so please bear with me. I have an almost identical pair of windows and am about to order parts to replace all coil balances. Do you have more detailed instructions or a video for this type of window? I had a lot of trouble getting the old parts out of the window and I imagine getting the new parts in will be tricky. There is a cut out in the vinyl but things are still very tight.
