Coil Balance Replacement

Question

I'm trying to repair several coil balances.
The shoes are held together with plastic clips, they are all intact and the pivots work fine,
but the coils have snapped in two.
I have some numbers on the shoes the first number is PAT5,353,548
The second number is 6 and it is above the pivot.
I unraveled the coil and there are no numbers on them.
I am sending some pictures along.

Hello! Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-087, which is designed to work with our Series 180 coil spring. Look these parts over and let me know what you think.
