Coil Balance Replacement

Question

I am looking for coil balance replacements for double hung vinyl windows. My coils do not look like any you have available. I am unsure of the window brand. Each sash measured 28.5 wide x 29.5 h. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am confident we can help, but we'll need a little more information to help. Can you remove the Coil Balance system and show us the pivot shoe it attaches to? The identity of the pivot shoe tells us the identity of the balances needed. Can you also give me the exact weight of the window sash? I can work out what spring weights you'll need from there.
