Hi,which coil balance, support and shoe I need for this window? Everything is missing probably broken off an trashed. Please help. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the balance assembly that your window uses based on the sticker information you've provided. Is there an identical window in the house with intact hardware that you could show us? If so, we would need to see the balance hardware uninstalled to compare to our inventory. The model is Simonton window a14wh and a18wh.
