Coil Balance Replacement Advice

I had the upper sash on a window slam shut one morning by itself. I'm thinking of ordering a 9 lb. series 160 coil balance, 15=191 pivot shoe, and a 15=1505 coil support. Does this sound like the correct parts compared to the photos? I think just the pivot shoes are bad because the coil and coil support look good or would you advise to replace everything?

I agree with your assessment here. So long as the coil spring is 1/2", then the S160-9, along with the 15-191 and 15-150S, is what I'd recommend. Let me know if you have any other questions.
