Coil Balance Shoe

Question

I previously purchased the Item # 26-438 Pivot Bar, 2-15/16". Those worked fine for my window, but it appears the balance shoe also needs replaced. Not sure which part I need to order. See attached photo.

Thanks for writing in. The pivot shoe you are showing us looks a lot like our 15-175. Carefully go over your measurements and see if they match up with ours. If it in fact is a match, then you will just need to file the tip down off of the 26-438 pivot bar to fit more easily in the metal center cam of the replacement pivot shoe.
