Coil Balance Shoe

I am looking for a Coil Balance Shoe identical to the 15-175, but needs to be closer to 3/4" thick instead of 9/16". My tape srews to the side of the shoe. Actually, I just need cams as my shoes are in tact.

That is a very thick shoe. Are you sure it's identical? I think at this point it would be best if you remove the shoe from the window and take a few pictures of it for us to see. There may be a few subtle differences that you may have missed.
