Coil Balance combo/parts for Krestmark Windows

Question

the coil balance springs for windows broke. The coil has a 5 number. Each balance has two 5 coils. So I assume that the sash has a weight of 10#. Both LH and RH needs to be replaced. The shoes seem to be okay. The pivot for the shoe is a tee shape with 4 holes, 2 1/2" long. The shoe has a patent 5704165.

Thanks for posting. I recommend that you consider our S140-10 coil balance. You should also see our 26-398 or maybe our 26-405 pivot bars. Length isn't as important as the screw hole placement, so double check to see if either could match.
