Coil Balance for BF Rich window

Question

Hi, I need a pair of Balance Coils for a 13 year old BF Rich Vinyl window. Do you have a replacement part for these, as I know BF Rich is out of business? Thank You, Mike

I can't be certain without seeing the pivot shoe out of the window but it looks like you might have the 15-228 shown below. You'll have to remove the pivot shoe to confirm the dimensions match up to yours.

If it is a match, the 15-228 uses either the Series 160 1/2" wide springs, or the Series 165 3/8" wide springs. You'll have to remove your existing coil spring from the window and compare its width to determine which Series you need.

If you need new pivot bars as well, we would need to see yours uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Written-out dimensions, including the backset of the installation holes, are also important to determine what would fit in your window. Thank you!
