Coil Balance for Polaris window

Question

I have a Polaris UW8420 with a failed right balance. It has the number 12 on it. I don't see a 12 on your order list. I had to cut the spring out to open the window. I have not removed the plastic portion as of now. Do you have a compatible balance?

To further review, we will need to see a clear view of the pivot shoe that the coil attaches to. The window sash will need to be removed to see the pivot shoe. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best replacement option. Thank you!
