We are looking for replacement coil balances they is a number 5 marked on the coil, but the plastic hardware looks more like your #4
The coil has an open end that we did not see on your website.
As shown in one of the pictures one sets on top of the other but does not seem to be hooked together, could indeed it be an extra?
the plastic housing measures 1and 1/4 inches long and1/2 inch wide, the circle part is 1 and 1/8 wide the coil itself is 1 inch.

If the coil springs are okay, and you only need the pivot shoe, see our 15-141. Keep in mind that the manufacturer discontinued your coil springs and they recommend using our Series 150 as a replacement. If you need to replace the springs, you will need to change your pivot shoe to our 15-140 and the coil springs to our S150-5. The other parts you can reuse, but if they are also broken, see our 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 coil bushing cap and 15-145 barrel.
