Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we can't identify the hardware while it is still installed. To get started, we would need to see an intact coil spring and the pivot shoe that it attaches to fully removed from the window. There should also be numbers stamped at the end of the balance that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. If not, we'd need to know the exact weight of the window sash that the coil balances support. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. I did look through your correspondence with Lester but it looks like the photos from this thread and a few window stickers were all that you sent over so far. Unforutnately, that information will not tell us the replacement parts needed for the window. We would need to see the most intact versions of the coils springs and housing pivots that you can find fully removed from the window to determine if it is something that we can supply.

We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the housing once it is removed. If all of the coils are broken, we would also need to know the exact weight of the window sash to determine the strength options needed for your replacement coils. Unforutnately, we will not be able to move forward without this information. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection of coil balance hardware and accessories here.

Unforutnately, we can't be sure of what you need with the balance hardware still installed. As Casey mentioned, we would need to see the coils and balance shoe fully removed, as well as the additional dimensions and sash weight mentioned in our last response.
