Thanks for reaching out to us! We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but the 15-140 is similar. This is used with the Series 150 coil springs (sold separately). Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware. 

The compatible spring supports are the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 which "sandwich" around each spring. To determine the spring weights, you'll have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs used in the window.
